The President and Owner William (Bill) Zoetvelt has been a professional in the flooring industry since 1986. He has been a certified inspector of floor covering materials and installation services since 2003.
Bill is one of the leading floor covering consultants based in the Chicagoland area and travels throughout the United States, involving matters pertaining to moisture intrusion regarding concrete substrate & flooring systems. Bill performs concrete substrate vapor emission & pH analysis, in addition to; other testing protocols associated with moisture intrusion problems involving substrate conditions and the relationship to floor covering materials and installation.
Bill maintains his experience and knowledge with an ongoing program involving in depth training and education while continually enhancing his education and expertise with attendance at numerous educational programs throughout the year.
Bill has performed installations, repairs, and inspections involving thousands of individual residences, housing tracts numbering more than 100 homes, condominium developments and a substantial number of large commercial enterprises.
Bill has attended several inspector training services including advanced hardwood by Howard Brickman and Will Stoner. His certifications include Senior Carpet Inspector, Repair and Reinstallation Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician and Pergo installation. Bill has installed carpet for TV talk show hosts Oprah Winfrey and Jenny Jones.
